A. Yes, the Gunze Sangyo Mr. Super Booth Sirocco fan is compatible with the U.S. standard voltage of AC120V. The plug has a rating of AC125V.

Here are some tests we conducted.

First, we plugged it into a AC120V to AC100V 200W Step-Down Transformer set at the Japan standard of AC100V. The results were smooth and silent running with a very quiet hum.

Second, we plugged into an AC120V outlet here in Southern California. The result was a slightly faster running fan with a subtle increase in hum frequency.
